Martin Stretton visit to see his workshops and historic collection of cars

Martin as many know a very accomplished Masters Historic F1 and Sports Cars pilot. He came to chat at the Brands Historic where I was displaying the 917. He was very complimentary on the project and car and offered to visit his workshops in Kidderminster. I mentioned to Michael Hodges and he came along. It was heavy rain on the M25 and the beginning of the M40, so had to take it very easy due to rather worn rear tyres after 600 track miles, which caused a few heart stopping aquaplane moments! Collected Michael at the Oxford services and he did 160 miles in the passenger seat!
